Massage therapy session options allow you to choose from 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes.

Rehabilitative massage is specifically designed to treat medical conditions and is an outcome-based therapy that uses specific massage techniques to improve the form and function of a client's muscular diagnosis. i.e. frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, low back/hip pain, neck/shoulder pain, stress and anxiety.

Herbal Grains Body Polishing Massage

A therapeutic neck-to-toes body exfoliation with dual-action, physical and chemical exfoliation using ancient herbal grains that first sweep away dulling cells, then melt into the skin, releasing natural Alpha-Hydroxy Acids. The relaxing massage helps increase circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and intensely hydrate the skin with our organic cream that includes jojoba oil, aloe extract, and Vitamin E.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers. A prenatal massage is a full-body massage, similar to a Swedish massage, except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling associated with medical treatments or illnesses that block your lymph system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

This takes traditional Usui Reiki to a whole new level by adding gentle Swedish massage techniques in conjunction with using therapeutically weighted and heated flax seed pillows to give you a deeper level of physical relaxation while simultaneously calming the nervous system.

Relaxing Reiki Massage, Chakra Cleanse & Balancing

Includes a combined relaxing massage and Reiki session with a Chakra Cleanse to completely re-balance your energetic system. Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., Reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
